Hard work beats talent | A Best Motivational Speech 2022

Just as a candle without a flame cannot light a room, talent without hard work cannot consistently maintain a high level of success.
Just look at successful people in the world of sports, art, or entertainment.

They weren't born that way, and they don't rest all day.

They are constantly honing their talent, their skills, and working to stay relevant and in demand in their field. Hard work beats talent.

Hard work beats talent

Talent is a person's outstanding ability manifested in a certain area of activity.   People who are very good at something are always admired by others.

And from the outside, it seems that a person who, for example, sings very beautifully,   is such a good singer from birth. But that is just a false illusion because we do not see how much work has actually been put in.

Many stories of successful people lead us to believe that hard work is much more important than talent. Think of talent as a genetic lottery. There are hundreds or even thousands of genetic variations that are associated with certain skills in a person's life.

Genetics will make it easier to progress,

but it does not guarantee good results.

If you don't work hard,

your talent remains hidden and useless.

Just as a candle without a flame cannot light a room, talent without hard work cannot consistently maintain a high level of success. Just look at successful people in the world of sports, art, or entertainment.

They weren't born that way,  and they don't rest all day.

They are constantly honing their talent, skills,

and working to stay relevant and in demand in their field.

This proves that you can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't work hard, you're missing out on an opportunity to succeed. Perseverance is the practice that helps you in honing and improving your natural skills and abilities.

As Conor McGregor said:

 "I'm not  talented, I'm possessed."

You can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't work hard to keep your talent active and demonstrate it to others, you will miss out on opportunities to reach the level of success you can achieve.

When you work hard, your talent becomes your assistant - the hidden factor that you use to your advantage.

Breathe labor into your talent, and repeat every day:

I WILL WORK UNTIL I REACH MY GOAL!

I AM NOT AFRAID OF FAILURE! I KNOW I WILL SUCCEED!

If you don't work hard, your talent stays hidden and just burns out, gradually turning into a sailboat with no wind. While it may look great at first glance, it provides no necessary or critical function - it becomes useless.

Just as a candle without a flame cannot light your way or keep you from darkness, talent without hard work cannot consistently maintain a high level of success.

Hard work is the catalyst for winning in almost any situation.

Hard work is the basic and sustaining factor that enables

you to make your actions effective and your efforts worthwhile.

Only hard work will put you ahead of the competition. Hard work is the practice and training you use to hone and improve your natural skills and abilities.

Hard work is a requirement to succeed and remain successful regardless of your talent level. Although talent is a hidden factor and something of an enabler that you can use as an advantage to succeed, it is worthless without hard work.

Talent can attract the attention

of society or the environment.

Your natural abilities can give you initial recognition and help you find your way. However, hard work is a factor in giving you the tools to understand these abilities and then transform or turn them into reality.

Whether your talent is exceptional or your natural abilities are average, hard work makes you viable and allows you to develop your potential so that your performance exceeds expectations.

To become a master craftsman and succeed, it is important to have both talent and hard work. Without hard work and development,  talent is irrelevant.

Combine innate talent and hard work

and succeed by achieving stunning results!
